Merry Christmas!!!!-a little bit late but better late than never-
Uhmm, I finished this a few days ago, but I'm not really sure whether I like it or hate it, really, it took me alot to finish this thing. I started this months ago, but I totally forgot about it, I think I kind of left this on a hiatus for months, since I wasn't sure if I wanted to finish it. Anyway, I pick it up where I left it a few weeks ago and decided to finish it (I'm currently leaving tons of stuff unfinished, lol). On another note, I also wanted to wish everyone a happy New Year, I'll see you all next year, because I don't think I'll be checking dA 'till 2008, so see ya next year  Edit(21/august/2008): Re-scanned, previous one was a little bit too dark. ------ - Faber-castell colored pencils, red acrylic - Printing paper, 8 1/2x11" |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. She's a superbly elegant lady in my opinion.
I just kinda thing that the bird looks a bit strange, as well as the night sky. The moon illuminates the night line so wonderfully, but the lack of gradation makes it look a bit off.

Also, it's done with regular colored pencils, not watercolour pencils, I think it would have been a lot easier to do the background with watercolour pencils.
