The crow is also drawn perfectly as if it sets off the girl.
Some things to improve on would be that I think your drawing lacks impact. Maybe more contrast on the kimono would make this more appealing from the thumbnail. I seriously think that this drawing deserves much more attention as you are amazingly skilled with color pencils. The key is impact. Thats what most people look for.
Also I think that the background is a little plain despite the cracks. For higher contrast maybe a darker color could be used to gradient the bottom to the top (maybe a red brown, sienna or crimson brown) to set off the tree and make that stand out more.
I really had to think about things to improve on because this piece is so perfectly executed. Well done!
